these paintings are part of a series I painted with two other people, Darryl Hopkins and Jaret Penner. The images all used to be one big (4'x22') peice of canvas. We layed the canvas out on the floor on just went to it, everything got stuck to it and our feet were just covered in paint. We painted it all at once then cut the individual peices up and mounted them on different frames. The paintings were then shown all together in DV8 lounge in Vancouver , British Colombia. The show was called Demure Bedaub

 Welcome

I would describe my art as a thin slice of memory. In that I mean your thoughts of things past are not completely clear, they are layered. Some very visable others sink disappearing into the distance. This I like to acheive through reusing old paintings and through texturing the surface. My motivations for painting is that I always have painted and I always will.
